(Bylaws are the specific policies, rules of engagement, instructions, etc. that all Club Members as well as the Club must abide by in order for the Club to be successful in the long run. This document is meant to reduce the incidence of misunderstandings. All Members know going into the Club what is expected of them - especially the "giving back" requirement of all members.)
(Signing this Agreement form indicates that you have read the Club's Bylaws, that you agree with them, and that you will abide by all current and future revisions of the Bylaws in order to retain your Membership.)
(All new members must fill out this template and return it to the TMC President, either by email [preferred method] or in hard copy during the next Monthly Meeting.)
(Members wishing to make a "call for collaboration" to other Club Members should fill out ALL of the required information shown in the template and return it to the TMC President at carpedm44@aol.com. The information will then be posted to our Member Collaborations webpage.)
TMC Ambassador Agreement (under development)
(This documents an agreement between a Club Member and the TMC that allows the Member to act as an Ambassador of sorts on behalf of the Tucson Musician Club during a non-Club event and/or the use of the TMC Club Logo. Without this signed agreement, no such representations may be made by Club Members.)
Workshop & Special Project Proposal Template (under development)
(All new Workshops & Special Projects must be documented with this template and returned to the Club President or a Club Officer for sanction as an official TMC activity. It provides details about the activity's purpose, expected outcomes, date(s), duration, activity location, target participants, the Leader's qualifications, resource requirements, etc.)
